Sitting across from Mel B in a very posh hotel suite in Tribeca, it’s easy to see why her energy and infectious personality translate well onscreen and onstage—it’s practically pulsating throughout the room on an otherwise ordinary afternoon. We’re here to chat about her current beauty and wellness favorites, as well as her recent partnership with Revive Collagen, a move she points out is pretty rare.

“I don't endorse just anything,” she says. “In fact, I very rarely endorse anything.” So what did it take for the brand to truly win her over? Nearly three months of trying out Revive Collagen Menopause Max and letting the results speak for themselves. “This product is really easy to use,” the 51-year-old shared with Good Housekeeping. “It's just a little sachet, and that's it. It helps with the collagen and it helps with all the [menopause] symptoms. It's going to do something different for everyone, but overall, it's helped me not go on HRT.”

In addition to her menopause journey, Mel shared her love of gardening, tending to her farm, and several of her wellness, beauty, and fashion go-tos.

How does a multitalented superstar like Mel B start her day you may ask? “Well, my husband brings me a coffee and brings me my Revive Collagen Menopause Max, which I swear by,” she says.

As someone who has been practicing meditation since the age of 19, Mel knows a thing or two about creating balance in her busy world. “Having that quiet time, whether it be daily; whether it be weekly, but making sure you have that time to just sit and be alone with your thoughts. It's so important,” she says.

And curating her space to feel grounded is part of that. “I'm all about filling your home with like love and nice smells,” she says, also adding, “I always make sure I have my Palo Santo woodstick.”

“I also make sure that I moisturize and hydrate,” she shares about her beauty regimen, noting that “CeraVe, which you can't go wrong with,” is at the core of it.

“And I mix different bunches of oils and creams for my feet, because I think that's the most important thing...I think we forget about our feet as women, and we're up on our feet all day long. I don't want to use a product that strips [my skin] so I do it myself. I'm very detailed with that kind of stuff,” she adds.

You might imagine that with all of her many hats, a good night’s rest would evade the America’s Got Talent judge. But sleep is one thing Mel’s not willing to sacrifice.

“For me, it's all about just taking care of yourself, making sure you take your makeup off on a nighttime; making sure you get enough sleep,” she says. “I always make sure that I have my sleep mask.”

This particular mask isn’t the exact one she uses, but it’s a top performer in our Textiles Lab’s evaluations of best sleep masks.

And when she’s not gardening or tending to the chickens on her farm, “I patter around my house, and I put my little family pictures up, and put my himalayan salt lamps everywhere, and just make it just my own little sanctuary with my husband.”

And of course her indoor footwear of choice features her favorite pattern. “I always wear my leopard print wellies,” she says. “For me, everything's kind of based around leopard print.”
