When Calls the Heart is currently filming season 14 for Hallmark in Vancouver, Canada.
Actress Erin Krakow revealed she and her husband, Ben Rosenbaum, are bringing their newborn daughter with them to film.
The couple, who married in 2025, welcomed their first child in April 2026.
Erin Krakow is heading back to Hope Valley ... and she’s not alone!
The actress has been starring on When Calls the Heart since its first episode in 2014, and her personal life has been just as exciting as her character, Elizabeth Thornton’s. In the last year, Erin revealed she’d married her co-star Ben Rosenbaum (who plays Mike Hickam) and welcomed their first daughter in April.
Recently, Erin documented her and Ben’s trip to Vancouver for filming season 14. Posting Instagram photos of the couple traveling with their daughter and dog, Willoughby, Erin seemed like she couldn’t be happier about this phase of her life.
“Plane selfie(s) not a plain selfie,” she wrote in the caption on July 29. “@wcth_tv here we come!”
As soon as Erin dropped this rare family update, her When Calls the Heart co-stars were ecstatic about the new addition to the group.
“MAMA!!! (That word sure takes on a whole new meaning now! 😭) Can’t wait to see you all!!! 🎉🤗,” Hyland Goodrich (who plays Little Jack “LJ” Thornton) wrote in the comments. “Wooooo! Can’t wait to see you guys!” Amanda Wong (who portrays Mei Sou) cheered. “It’s time!!!” Andrea Brooks (who plays Dr. Faith Carter) added.
Fans were just as happy to see Erin’s sweet moment, too.
“Love this! The whole family is ready. Can’t wait for season 14 😍❤️🙌🏻,” one person exclaimed. “OH BABY! 🥰 Here we go!!! 👏👏👏,” another penned. “Happy family! And happy season 14! We can’t wait. 😍,” a different follower reacted.
Erin and Ben aren’t the only WCTH cast members celebrating parenthood these days. Kevin McGarry (who plays Nathan Grant) and his wife, Kayla Wallace (who played Fiona Miller from seasons 6 through 10), announced they’d welcomed their first child in early 2026. Additionally, Chris McNally (who portrays Lucas Bouchard) and his girlfriend, Julie Gonzalo, welcomed their second daughter in 2026.
