• There’s a new bakery item at Costco and shoppers can’t get enough.
  • Costco just launched a raspberry-filled sugar cookie that customers are saying is comparable to a soft jelly donut.
  • A 15-count pack of cookies will cost you just under $13.

Avid Costco shoppers know that the wholesale retailer’s bakery section has a reputation for cranking out hits. From the viral hand-dipped shortbread cookies to the variety of seasonal cakes that constantly sell out, Costco routinely delivers crave-worthy desserts. And its latest release is no different.

In a March 29 Instagram post from @costcohotfinds, the retailer’s Raspberry Filled Sugar Cookies were featured with the caption “This might be the BEST cookie at Costco.” And the powdered sugar-dusted, jam-filled cookies quickly picked up fans across social media.

“Fair warning: These are delicious & you will want to consume many at a time. Eat no more than two,” one person commented on Reddit. “I say this without exaggeration, this is the best Costco baked good. It might even just be the best item at Costco period tbh,” another person added.

“10/10 bought 3 packs gone in a week,” an Instagram commenter said. “Tastes like a raspberry jelly donut which are my fav. VERY VERY GOOD!,” another chimed in.

Some shoppers even shared serving suggestions, with many pointing out that popping them in the air fryer for a bit is an elite way to enjoy the dessert and others saying that the cookies are great either warmed or frozen. Some even compared the taste to a previous Costco favorite: Raspberry Crumble Cookies—though, unlike their predecessor, these cookies are described as soft baked.

The cookies come in a pack of 15. And they are currently available in Costco stores and online for $12.47, though some fans on Reddit have reported seeing them for $10.99.

Should you want to try a box for yourself, be sure to snap them up quickly, as we’re not sure how long supplies will last.
