Ingredients

1 1/2 cups strawberries, washed, hulled and cut into quarters or eighths
6 oz. white chocolate, broken into small pieces
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
chocolate ice cream
1/4 cup crisp rice cereal

Directions

1. Step 1Place white chocolate in 20-second intervals, until chocolate is almost melted. Stir until no lumps remain, then stir in vanilla extract.
2. Step 2In each of 4 bowls, place 1 scoop chocolate ice cream. Top with strawberries, then drizzle each bowl with about 2 tablespoons white chocolate sauce and sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp. rice cereal.
