We may still have a month or so left of summer, but autumn is right around the corner—and that means it’s time to get your hands on some fall wardrobe pieces before they all sell out. Right now, shoppers are rushing to Costco to get a faux-leather Levi’s jacket that’s only $39.99.
Customers have posted videos on social media across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to show off the jacket. And it’s clear to me why it’s so popular: The style is perfect for fall, and it comes in two colors (brown and black). Plus, it’s budget friendly compared to other vegan leather jackets I’ve seen.
Not only is it difficult to find something that looks and feels great under $50, but similar Levi’s coats on the brand’s website are double the price. So, this jacket at Costco is a major steal.
The coat has a zipper that runs down the middle, along with two zipped pockets that are perfect for storing small items or tucking in chilly hands. As a girl who tries to dress according to her color palette—true autumn, which calls for earth tones and gold metals—I absolutely love the gold zipper detailing on the brown jacket. (The black color option has silver zippers, if that’s your preference.)
Landing right below the hips with a slim fit that slightly cinches at the waist, it has a structured, feminine cut. The flat, laydown collar and stitching detail on the back add a fashionable element to the jacket, too. Honestly, if I saw this in a store, I would assume it’s closer to $100—not $40.
When it comes to styling, I love to pair my brown faux leather coat with knee-high boots, a denim mini skirt, a cream cable-knit sweater, and a knitted scarf with earth tones. That outfit combo plus a pumpkin-spiced latte, and I’m ready for autumn.
You can’t shop for this jacket online, unfortunately. So, I’ll be using my family’s Costco card to head to the store ASAP—but if you don’t have a Costco membership or you don’t have the time to head to the store, don’t fret. I found some similar styles online so you can have the perfect faux leather jacket heading into fall.
