Hockey romance has been sweeping the big screen and bookstores alike. The red-hot popularity of the Heated Rivalry books and TV show has helped set the stage for even more sports romance, and fans can’t get enough. The latest entry in the hockey romance craze is Off Campus, a popular book series by Elle Kennedy that has just become a TV show on Amazon Prime.

Whether you’re already obsessed with the tension between tutor Hannah and hockey player Garrett or you want to see what the hype is all about, here’s how to read the Off Campus books in order while you wait for news of season two.

First, read the main Off Campus series. The first four books are standalones, each following a different couple. You can technically read those in any order, but we find that chronological order is best because the books sometimes reference each other. The fifth and final book in the series wraps up the stories of the previous four books, so you'll want to read it last to make sure you’re already familiar with all four couples.

Next, read the Briar U series. This is a spinoff series set at the same university as Off Campus. It follows different main characters, but it also includes cameos from characters in the original series.

Lastly, finish off with the Campus Diaries series. This is a next-generation spinoff that follows the kids of some of the original Off Campus couples as they pursue their own romances.

When an unexpected kiss changes everything, Garrett must convince Hannah that their feelings are more than pretend.

Logan is a player in more ways than one, a hockey star on the ice and a smooth talker off of it. He’s hiding a deep dread about his dead-end future and distracting himself with a fling with freshman Grace. When a mistake pushes her away, Logan plans to prove he’s worth a second chance—but Grace has a lot to say and won’t be so easily convinced this time around.

After the main series, there are also two more spinoff series for even more of your favorite hockey romance content. Both series are set in the same universe as the Off Campus novels.

The first series, Briar U, is a direct spinoff. It’s four more stories set at the same university from the Off Campus books, and it includes cameos from your favorite Off Campus characters. Make sure to read the original series first to catch all the references and cameos throughout! This is the series you should read next after Off Campus, because it takes place shortly after the events of the main series.
