Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey, welcomed their second daughter, Philomena, on October 12.
The couple, who have been together since 2022, also share their 3-year-old daughter, Matilda.
Kaley wrote the sweetest dedication to Tom on Instagram shortly after Philomena’s birth.

On October 14, fans of The Big Bang Theory star learned that she’d given birth to her second daughter, Philomena Carmine Bobby, on October 12 — their new addition joins big sister Matilda (born in March 2023).
Kaley went on Instagram to share the first images of their new baby and how lucky she was to expand her family.
“🎀 Philomena Carmine Bobby Pelphrey 🎀. 💖 10/12/26 💖,” she wrote in the caption. “There are no words to describe this feeling once again. What a blessing. We are so grateful for the crazy wild up and down journey that brought us to our little Philo! Family officially complete 😭 Time to bring Matilda’s baby home! 😂💕.”
Kaley also wrote a sweet dedication to Tom about their lives and this new chapter.
“@tommypelphrey life exploded the minute we met, and the gifts keep coming,” she added. “I love you forever, girl daddy! 💘.”
As soon as fans learned of Kaley and Tom’s family announcement, they had to send well wishes to them.
“What a precious baby. Congratulations mom and dad. Beautiful family.❤️❤️,” one person wrote in the comments. “She is sooo beautiful !! The news comes weeks after Kaley and Tom attended the 2026 Emmy Awards back in September. At the time, Tom won Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his work in Task, and he made Kaley emotional with how he honored her and their girls in his acceptance speech.
“To my favorite actor in this room, my love, my best friend, my partner. The very pregnant Kaley Cuoco,” he stated at the time. “I love you more than anything, and our family is the crown jewel of my life. Matilda, daddy loves you! Baby girl in that belly, daddy loves you! Thank you, God bless.”
