The witches will be back!

Thanks to an exciting announcement from Deadline in May 2026, fans learned that Hocus Pocus 3 is officially in the works at Disney. What’s more, Bette, Sarah, and Kathy all signed on to reprise their roles as the Sanderson sisters.

This aligns with what former Walt Disney Pictures President Sean Bailey told the New York Times in June 2023. "Yes, Hocus Pocus 3 is happening,” he shared at the time.

While details about what to expect from Hocus Pocus 3 are under wraps, Bette teased her excitement during a 2025 appearance on Watch What Happens Live.

“Well, you know, they sent a script, and a lot of it was brilliant,” she told host Andy Cohen. “So, I got very excited. Now we’re trying to figure out what it is and where it’s going to be and how much it’s going to cost and all those logistical things.”
