You can slather this spicy, nutty pesto onto any grilled veggie but we like it best on sweet corn on the cob.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn, husked
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Spicy Cilantro Pesto
  • 1/4 cup grated pecorino

Directions

    1. Step 1Brush corn with olive oil.
    2. Step 2Grill on high until slightly charred, 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
    3. Step 3Brush with Spicy Cilantro Pesto and sprinkle with grated Pecorino before serving.
