From Snoopy, T-Rex and tinsel-draped stars, here are 12 tree toppers starting from £5

Cats are notorious for causing chaos around the Christmas tree, so it only makes sense that this cat-themed tree topper looks less than impressed. This is bound to cause lots of laughter when you have people over for Christmas.

Make a statement with this bold tinsel tree topper from Anthropologie, complete with flowers in gold, silver and brass tones, silver tinsel and light up detailing.

Have the fairy godmother atop your Christmas tree for those quirky and funky vibes. This ones hand made from a needle felt wool material and is 19cm in size.

Snoopy is one of our favourite cartoon characters and we'd love to have him sitting on top of our Christmas tree. It's made from a lightweight plush fabric, and features Snoopy smiling, wearing a hat and scarf, and sitting in his dog food bowl (it's supposed to be his sled). Adorable.

This 'tree-Rex' (get it?) topper is so much fun that both kids and adults will love it. He's looking very festive dress as a Christmas tree himself, complete with baubles and a gold star.

If glitz and glamour is more your vibe, this M&S tree topper is the perfect option. We love the sequins mixed with the extra tinsel tassels to add texture and movement to the whole tree.

Giant bows are all the rage right now so why not add one at the top of your tree? This gingham printed fabric is so pretty and we love how oversized it is for a dramatic effect.

Prefer a more traditional, toned down topper? This brushed gold star is so pretty when the lights shine onto it and has a luxe finish.

This is such a fun way to finish decorating a tree - your very own Christmas flag to send a message to any passing guests! And it's currently on sale with a Black Friday deal!

For a more scandi-vibe to your home, this white star with smalled punched out stars gives a lovely wintery feel to the home. It lights up with a warm yellow glow.
