This vegan chocolate mousse only has three ingredients and is made in minutes!
This vegan dessert recipe uses silken tofu to get the perfect texture of chocolate mousse.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of just simmering water. Stir regularly and remove from heat once completely melted to cool slightly.
Add the tofu and a pinch of salt to a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour in the chocolate and agave and blend again. Spoon into 4 ramekins and place into the fridge to set up for at least 3hr.
In a small saucepan melt the chocolate and coconut oil over a low heat. Once completely melted, remove from the heat and stir in the orange zest. Leave to cool for 15min. Spoon over the mousse and decorate with more orange zest if you like.
