Ingredients
200 ml vodka
800 ml tomato juice
2 Tbsp. rose harissa
2-3tsp Worcestershire sauce
Jarred stuffed green olives, plus 1tbsp of the brine
Ice
2 celery sticks, halved lengthways
4 red chillis
4 baby cornichons
4 feta cubes
You will also need
Cocktail sticks
Directions
Step 1To a large cocktail shaker, add the vodka, tomato juice, most of the harissa, Worcestershire, olive brine and plenty of ice. Shake until ice cold.
Step 2Pour into 4 tall glasses and top up with more ice. Add a piece of celery to each glass.
Step 3Thread the chillis, cornichons, feta cubes and olives on to cocktail sticks and place across the glasses. Drizzle the remaining harissa over the feta cubes and serve.
GH TIP
Different brands of harissa have different spice levels, so be sure to taste as you go depending on your preference for heat.
You can use ordinary wooden cocktail sticks here, but it's worth looking out for the longer metal variety as they will sit more neatly across the glass and can hold more garnishes.
