Sweet potatoes make a quick, comforting and cost-effective curry base; here, we've combined with warming cinnamon, turmeric, garam masala, mustard seeds, garlic and red onion in a flavourful coconut sauce. The finishing touch of lime zest adds a bright, citrusy note, cutting through the creaminess. Spoon over fluffy rice and serve with warm naan, raita and tangy mango chutney.
