Klum is not only a supermodel, America’s Got Talent judge, and mom, but she’s also the “Queen of Halloween” and is known for her memorable Halloween parties that occur almost every year. Her party guest list always includes some of the biggest names in Hollywood, who never fail to show up wearing the best celebrity costumes.
However, the most anticipated attendee of all is Heidi herself! Ever since her annual Halloween party began in 2000, her costumes have become increasingly intricate and have made numerous headlines on Halloween night. From spending hours in prosthetics to creating a short film with her entire family during COVID-19, we always look forward to her grand reveal every year.

2026: A very freaky looking hand..
We're not quite sure what this look took inspiration from... but it certainly ticks the SCARY Halloween look. Heidi is no stranger to grotesque costumes, but we think this might trump them all.
2024: E.T. Phone Home!
As Heidi teased fans all day with what was in the works for her costume, she stunned everyone by dressing up as a female version of E.T. Even her husband Tom Kaulitz got into the theme of it, portraying the alien who loves Reese's Pieces and wants to phone home. And as Heidi explained on Instagram, she chose the costume because "E.T. introduced me to the idea that there’s life outside planet earth."
2021: Zombie Halloween
After canceling her annual Halloween party for the second time in a row. Heidi Klum decided to pay homage to some of her favourite horror movies with her short film that she created for 2021. After crawling out of her grave, she resumes her life as a mom with her kids; except this time she turns into a zombie. From her flesh peeling off to her eyeball falling in her drink, her kids definitely know that something is not right. We guess you’ll just have to watch the short film to find out what happens (if your stomach can handle it)!
2020: Toilet Paper Mummies
Heidi's children — Leni, 16, Henry, 15, Johan, 13, and Lou, 11 — got head-to-toe zombie-mummy makeovers for the short film. “We had so much fun shooting this together,” Heidi told Vogue. “My kids learned so much in these two days of filming about how some tricks work, how to move and act like mummies, how to remember their lines and cues. Even though they have come to visit me on many sets over the years, this is the first time they have participated.”
2019: Flesh-eating Alien
The supermodel partnered up with her husband for this gory, out-of-this-world look. Her entire costume came together with 10 hours of prosthetics and makeup, which she shared during her Amazon livestream.
2019: A Firework
For her first costume of the season, the model transformed herself into a firework, complete with a glittery face and green hair. She was joined by her husband in a matching ensemble.
2018: Fiona from "Shrek"
After she gave fans a sneak peek at her costume on Instagram, many thought she was going to be George Washington or Gungan from Star Wars. But the beauty won Halloween by dressing as Fiona from the movie Shrek. Tom completely nailed his own Shrek look.
2017: Michael Jackson's "Thriller"
You can't celebrate Halloween without busting out a "Thriller" dance. She brought the 1982 music video to the streets of New York City in this nearly-identical Michael Jackson outfit.
2016: Heidi Klum
You know you're a big deal when you dress as yourself for Halloween. Yes, really. Heidi arrived at her 2016 party in her Victoria's Secret best with an army of lookalikes.
2015: Jessica Rabbit
Va-va-voom. Inspired by the leading lady in Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, Heidi enhanced her figure with prosthetics, bold makeup and a curve-hugging red dress.
2014: Butterfly
Um, did we just take a trip to Cirque de Soleil?! Heidi waltzed through the streets of New York City in this bold and beautiful butterfly costume, massive wingspan included.
2013: Old Lady
The details on this Granny costume are everrrrrything. She used makeup and prosthetics to age her skin with varicose veins and wrinkles.
2012: Cleopatra
Now there's the Heidi we know and love! She let her natural beauty shine in this dramatic Cleopatra costume, complete with a gilded gold headdress.
2011: Human Body
Talk about commitment. At her first Halloween party of 2011, she dressed as "the Visible Women" and had men dressed as surgeons wheel her out on a gurney.
2011: Ape
A few days later, Heidi and Seal did a complete 180 in this head-to-toe hairy costume. They leaned on prosthetics for a life-like ape look.
2010: Robot
Kudos to Heidi for walking down an entire red carpet on stilts. Oh, and for covering her entire body in purple latex.
2009: Crow
What's better than one crow? A whole murder of 'em! Seal matched his then-wife in this intricate, feathered costume. To no one's surprise, the model admitted that the beak and wings made dancing, drinking and eating nearly impossible.
2008: Hindu Goddess
She took a cultural shift in 2008 when she dressed as Kali, the Hindu goddess of death and time. This blue, multi-armed costume was a showstopper (and still is TBH).
