We loved his hilarious spoof ad with James Corden in March this year, filmed for Corden’s The Late Late Show and a send-up of David’s famous H&M underwear ads. (If you haven’t seen it, remedy that right now; click here for some prancing about in pants, ballet moves and a hairdryer…)
Now H&M itself has got in on the act, filming this very funny ad for its new Modern Essentials by David Beckham range. It features David, alongside actor and comedian Kevin Hart who is – the spoof goes – preparing to take on the role of David Beckham in the forthcoming I, Beckham movie.

And far from being daunted by his ‘new role’, Kevin points out the many similarities between him and the tall white footballer; ‘the thing that David and I have in common is sexiness. It comes naturally to me.’
However, according to Kevin, David did ask for two things regarding the ‘new film’: ‘He told me not to screw it up and he wished I was taller.’
