Memories of sweaty heatwaves are starting to fade, the leaves are beginning to crunch, and brands have already started releasing beauty Advent calendars. Yes, we know it's still September, but from previous experience, we know how quickly these indulgent treats sell out.
Boots has just dropped its 2026 Advent calendar roster, and there’s one that stands out. Here's everything you need to know about the Boots 24 Days of Skin Skincare Advent Calendar, our most affordable pick of the season.
The Boots 24 Days of Skincare Advent Calendar at a glance
For just £70, you can get your hands on a range of products worth over £300 from the biggest and buzziest skincare brands, including e.l.f skincare, Burt’s Bees, RoC and many more. Out of the 24 treats, 21 of them are full sized, which means you’re getting a lot of bang for your buck (no mini-stuffed drawers here).
It’s the perfect gift for anyone wanting to overhaul their skincare routine or top up their existing stash for less – take a page out of our senior beauty writer’s book and save some for yourself and keep the rest for gifting throughout the season.
How do I get my hands on it?
The 24 Days of Skin calendar is live online now and in-store. It’s likely to sell out, so it’s a good idea to purchase early to avoid any December disappointment.

Editor’s picks
“I’m a huge fan of Korean skincare and I was thrilled to find a few different bits from some of my favourite K-beauty brands hidden within the drawers,” says Madeleine Evans, the GHI’s lifestyle writer.
“Of course, the first box I opened was 24 (it’s usually the best!), and I was delighted to see that – spoiler alert – it contains the Haruharu Black Rice Probiotics Barrier Essence, a product I already know and love. I get really dry skin as the weather gets colder, and this barrier-enforcing essence helps to lock-in moisture. It feels silky smooth on application, too.
Another great K-Beauty brand I was excited to find inside is Anua – and I hadn’t tried its popular PDNR Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Mist until now, but I can already tell it will remain a staple in my skincare routine. I love how instantly refreshing and hydrating it feels on my skin. I definitely spray on too much.
I was grateful for a top up of The Inkey List’s Oat Cleansing Balm, as it’s one I’ve used for years and get through at devastating speed thanks to how much I lather daily. I can’t believe how many quality full-sized products there are – the £300 value tag actually checks out here.”
If you want more choice, Boots has also blessed us with two other Advent calendars this year. There's the 24 Days of Luxe Beauty Advent Calendar, with £700 worth of high-end makeup and skincare treats from brands such as Clinique and Estée Lauder. And if you can never have too many perfumes, then the 12 Days of Scent calendar might be more your gig, with 11 delicious taster scents as well as an exciting full-sized spritz on day 12.
Try not to open the whole thing at once (although we wouldn’t judge you if you did).
