The best menopause products for easing symptoms, tested by 100s of menopausal women
From bedding to supplements, our picks all feature the MTick seal

We’re finally talking about menopause more openly, but finding products that genuinely support this stage of life isn’t always easy – whether you’re battling night sweats, dealing with dry skin or noticing your hair feels thinner than it used to. There are a lot of claims out there, but it can be hard to substantiate them.
According to research by GenM, 94% of women want to shop menopause-friendly labelled products, yet 87% of women feel underserved by brands, and 66% struggle to find options that properly support them. That’s where the MTick comes in.
What is MTick Approved?
Much like the vegan ‘V’ or gluten-free label, the MTick is designed to make menopause-friendly products easier to spot at a glance. “It’s a shopping symbol you’ll see on packaging, in-store signage or online that confirms a product has been certified to support one or more of the 48 recognised signs of menopause,” explains Heather Jackson, CEO and co-founder of GenM.
Best menopause products 2026
From cooling pillows to hair masks, the Good Housekeeping Institute has tested a wide range of products developed with menopause symptoms in mind. Many of our top performers also carry the MTick, and we’ve highlighted them below – along with more on what the certification means and how to use it when shopping.
