Like many Gen Z'ers, my friends are collectors, and one of the things they love to collect is plushies. Stuffed toys have always been popular, but one brand in particular—Jellycat—has become a must-have for plush enthusiasts.

If you're already a fan, you'll be thrilled to know Jellycat released a ton of new plushies for spring including freshly picked produce, farm animals, and expansions of the brand’s popular Bartholomew Bear and Luxe Bunny lines (all of which are selling fast).

Good Housekeeping’s senior parenting and relationship’s editor, Marisa LaScala, is on board with the ongoing Jellycat hype. She says, "It's easy to understand why they became such a phenomenon for everyone from toddlers all the way on up through teens and adults. They're just so, so soft, and they come in lots of fun different characters."

LaScala has also noted that you may see price inflations on Amazon while buying Jellycats, so it's oftentimes more affordable to buy them directly from the brand's site. For instance, the Bashful Beige Bunny is $33 on the Jellycat site, but it's $63 on Amazon.

Jellycat’s appeal is not only incredibly soft, high-quality plushies, but also the brand's Jellycat Diner, an immersive retail experience where shoppers get their food-themed toys cooked and served in an adorable to-go box. Besides the food toys, they also have animals, plants, and other amuseables (non-animal plushies). As someone with plush-obsessed friends, Jellycat’s beautiful, themed collections always catch my eye.

Now, I have the Skipson Lamb, the Flufflet Bunny, and the Amuseable Siofra Shamrock—an incredibly cute nod to St. Patrick’s Day. These three plushies are now my first Jellycats ever, and I’m pleased to report that they are just as soft as everyone says they are. I will never question my friends' obsessions ever again.
