- Starbucks just released its holiday menu, featuring 10 festive food and drink items, all available in stores now.
- On December 2, two more holiday drinks will join the lineup, including the highly anticipated Eggnog Latte and Chestnut Praline Latte.
- Additionally, all holiday drinks can now be made into cream cold foams to add on top of any drink.
The holidays hit Starbucks in a big way last week: Their disposable holiday cups came to stores, touting a secret, meaningful design. Then, the coffee giant unveiled their holiday drinkware collection, with one piece selling out almost instantly. However, the excitement doesn't end there.
Starbucks also debuted its holiday menu, featuring festive items old and new—available to purchase now in both hot and iced varieties. The brand also teased news about its holiday cold foam offerings and a second holiday drink drop coming in December. We predict the December 2 release will have diehard Starbucks fans over the moon, as the brand is adding a highly anticipated drink back to menus.

One of Starbucks' most highly requested drinks for return is the Eggnog Latte, made with Starbucks' Signature Espresso and eggnog. The latte was originally added to menus in 1986, as the company's first-ever handcrafted holiday drink, but it left menus in 2021, leaving many fans reeling.
Soon, the anticipation of its homecoming will be over. On December 2, 2025, the Eggnog Latte will return to Starbucks for a limited time as part of its holiday menu. The drink will follow the same formula fans know and love. (Note: due to the presence of half-and-half in the eggnog, the latte cannot be made dairy-free).
I had the chance to try the famed Eggnog Latte early, and I have to say, it's worth the hype. While not spiked, the eggnog flavor comes through with a kick. It offers a cozy Christmas feeling, especially when enjoyed warm (although I'm interested in trying it iced as well)! It's a great choice for the holiday season. To top it off, the latte is coated with a dusting of nutmeg to cut through some of the sweetness.
But wait, it gets better!

Starbucks
Rivaling the announcement of the Eggnog Latte return is the news of Starbucks' holiday cold foam offerings. This season, customers can request any holiday drink flavor be made into a cream cold foam—and yes, that includes eggnog! That means Sugar Cookie, Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée, Gingerbread, and Eggnog (starting December 2) can all be made into a creamy cold foam to add atop any drink. Just look at the Sugar Cookie Cold Foam Cold Brew featured above. Having tasted the Eggnog Cold Foam myself, I can say it makes a sweet addition to a standard cold brew.
Outside of the big Eggnog Latte and Holiday Cold Foam news, Starbucks has 10 other festive food and drink items on offer. Here's the inside scoop on Starbucks' full holiday menu.
Starbucks' seasonal drinks

Chestnut Praline Latte
Returning alongside the Eggnog Latte on December 2 is the Chestnut Praline Latte. The nutty holiday drink consists of espresso, steamed milk, and chestnut praline syrup. It's then topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of spiced praline crumbs. Enjoy it hot, iced, or as a frappuccino.
Starbucks
Peppermint Mocha
This returning holiday favorite is the older sister to the brand's Peppermint Hot Chocolate. Made with Starbucks' Signature Espresso, steamed milk, mocha sauce, and peppermint syrup, the Peppermint Mocha comes topped with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls for a sweet, chocolatey kick. Request it hot, iced, or as a blended Frappuccino.
Starbucks
Caramel Brulée Latte
Sub your usual Caramel Latte for a Caramel Brulée Latte this season, and take advantage of the warm, toasted flavor that comes with this caramelized cup. Great for non-chocolate fans, the drink is made with espresso, steamed milk, and caramel brulée sauce, topped with whipped cream and caramel brulée bits. Drink it hot, iced, or as a Frappuccino.
Starbucks
Iced Sugar Cookie Latte
Available hot, iced, or as a blended Frappuccino, the Iced Sugar Cookie Latte is made with Starbucks' Blonde Espresso, 2% milk, and sugar cookie syrup. Then, like a true sugar cookie, the drink is topped with red and green sprinkles for the perfect festive finishing touch.
Starbucks
Iced Gingerbread Chai
If your favorite part of the holiday season is the warm winter spices, this is the drink for you. The Iced Gingerbread Chai is made with chai spices, 2% milk, gingerbread cold foam, and a spice topping. For an extra caffeine boost, ask to add a shot of espresso.
Starbucks Starbucks' seasonal food items

Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread
New to the menu this year is Starbucks' Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread. The shareable snack consists of easily tearable croissant pieces, coated in a cinnamon-sugar blend and topped with bits of streusel. Best enjoyed warm, the new pull-apart treat will be a permanent addition to menus year-round.
Starbucks
Polar Bear Cake Pop
Another new addition to Starbucks' holiday lineup is the Polar Bear Cake Pop. A festive treat for kids and adults, the pop is made of vanilla cake and whipped buttercream, then dipped in white chocolate icing and decorated to look like its Arctic inspiration.
Starbucks
Snowman Cookie
The Snowman Cookie is a returning holiday item. It's made from a shortbread cookie base, topped with white chocolate icing, and decorated to look like a classic, three-ball snowman. The traditional coal eyes, carrot nose, and blue accessories are all made with colored frosting.
Starbucks
Cranberry Bliss Bar
Returning once again is Starbucks' Cranberry Bliss Bar—a blondie made with dried cranberries, cream cheese icing, and flecks of orange zest. This is a great option for fans of a fruit dessert. Based on the ingredients, it's likely to be indulgent without being overly sweet.
Starbucks
Sugar Plum Cheese Danish
Last in the holiday lineup is the Sugar Plum Cheese Danish, a riff on the brand's year-round Cheese Danish. The difference is the warm, spiced sugar-plum spread that is added atop the already loved pastry with cream cheese filling.
