Pumpkin spice season is officially around the corner.
Starbucks just announced its fall 2026 menu, which will drop on August 25, and it’s bringing back the iconic Pumpkin Spice Latte. First introduced in 2003, the Pumpkin Spice Latte has become synonymous with the start of fall, thanks to its signature blend of espresso, steamed milk, and pumpkin spice sauce, topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spices.
As excitement builds for the drink's return, Starbucks is also introducing several new pumpkin beverages, new food items, and limited-edition merchandise, and we can't wait to sip our way through this cozy new lineup.

This year's fall menu includes a mix of returning favorites and brand-new additions. The returning drinks are:
- Pumpkin Spice Latte

Starbucks is also introducing a new Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket and Hedgehog Cake Pop, while bringing back the fan-favorite Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin. Pumpkin Spice Latte lovers can also shop a limited-edition PSL Society merchandise collection featuring seasonal drinkware and accessories.
When can I get Starbucks’ fall drinks?
Starbucks’s fall menu launches at participating locations nationwide on August 25, while supplies last. If you can't wait that long, Starbucks’s pumpkin spice grocery products—including packaged coffees, creamers, and ready-to-drink beverages—are already available at many grocery stores.
Like every year, these seasonal drinks won't be around forever, so if you've been counting down the days until your first PSL (or you're eager to try one of the new additions), you'll want to make your Starbucks run sooner rather than later.
