Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 6-ounce containers raspberries, divided
  • 1 pt. blueberries
  • Pineapple stars (instructions below)
  • 1 750-mL bottle sparkling wine or 3/4 L sparkling water

Directions

    1. Step 1In pitcher, muddle sugar, lemon juice, and 1 container raspberries to dissolve sugar.
    2. Step 2Add blueberries, pineapple stars, and remaining raspberries, layering if desired. Top with sparkling wine or sparkling water and serve over ice.

Pineapple Stars: Peel pineapple and slice 1/4 inch thick. Use small star-shaped cookie cutters to cut out shapes. (PS: This works with melons too!)

Make it a mocktail! Skip the wine and set out extra fruit and sparkling water so guests can mix up a nonalcoholic option.
