Is Prime Big Deal Days worth it?
- Yes, Prime Big Deal Days is worth shopping. Ever since the sale event was announced mid-September, an array of discounted items became available as early deals on the e-tailer's site—many of which reached up to 40% off. As we predicted, those desirable discounts continued throughout the sale event (with an emphasis on gifts and toys).
"Since the holiday shopping season has been progressively getting earlier and earlier, Amazon's October Prime Day is actually my favorite time to get my holiday gift shopping done," says GH Editorial Commerce Director Jessica Teich. "Waiting until Black Friday and Cyber Monday feels foolish when there are so many great deals to be had earlier in the season—and, if you shop now, you don't have to worry about potential inventory issues and shipping delays spoiling your holidays."
