Celebrate St Patrick’s Day on 17 March with these delicious Irish-inspired recipes.

st patricks day recipes

We love to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in style and go all out with plenty of Guinness, soda bread and rich, hearty pies! We have over 25 recipes to choose from - from a slow cooked Irish stew, creamy colcannon mash, Guinness chocolate cake (our favourite) and classic Guinness-baked ham, you'll never be stuck for choice. And just so you don't forget - St. Patrick's Day is on Tuesday 17 March this year.

There's plenty of recipes for baking, too, including indulgent Baileys cheesecake brownies, Guinness sticky toffee pudding and this irresistible Irish cream crème brûlée.

GH TIP: Our cookery team always keep a can or two of Guinness in their cupboards as a bit of a secret weapon for their cooking. The rich, malty flavour lends itself really well to the typical Irish stews and desserts below.
