Shake things up on Stir Up Sunday this year with everything from homemade liqueur to cocktail-inspired mince pies
It's traditionally a day for 'stirring up' your Christmas cake in preparation for the festivities, but this year the GH Kitchen team have some brilliant new ideas for you to try...

We love Stir Up Sunday here in the GH Kitchen, that special Sunday in November where you get the Christmas tunes on and make your Christmas cake and pud. It helps you feel organised, but more importantly it gives you ample time to feed your cake with booze while it matures, which we all know is the key to a great cake! This year we're ringing the changes with 4 brand new prep ahead recipes. From a delicious liqueur to elevate your festive cocktails, to a rum-soaked cake that will have everyone asking for seconds, it's time to get in the Christmas spirit!
Of course, traditional Christmas cakes are still a thing of beauty, and we've got plenty of recipes here for you to try!
