On test, there weren’t many complaints about this oven’s performance, but it did take half an hour to reach the right temperature – a full 16 minutes longer than the winning Gozney Roccbox. Plus, while the team did rate its unique shape, it’s worth noting that the flames don’t roll across the top of the oven. You’ll need to angle the pizza towards the heat to ensure the centre cooks at the same rate as the crusts to get a good char.
