As a seasoned shopping editor, I've learned that when a popular Jellycat character comes back in stock, it's worth paying attention—after all, I've watched some characters sell out in real time while researching different collections.

RARE JELLYCAT PLUSHES STILL IN STOCK

If you’re a Jellycat collector or someone who’s got their eyes on a fan favorite, you’ve also probably seen the dreaded “Out of Stock” notification on the brand’s website time and time again. (I’m personally bummed that Strutton Pigeon is unavailable at the moment.)

However, many of the valuable, sold-out Jellycat plushes are restocked from time to time—you just have to keep an eye on the site regularly. Find them on the website’s “Back in Stock” page. Consider it a goldmine of desired plushes that are constantly flying off the shelves.

With a quick scan of the collection page, I noticed that many back-in-stock Jellycat characters are also best sellers. Take, for example, Horatio Pistachio and the adorable Amuseables Pickle. Both are notoriously popular picks that sell out often—but each one is available today.

I also that noticed a few best-selling dragons are currently out of stock—but don’t worry: The ethereal Sky Dragon has been replenished, and fans are excited. Today, one customer wrote, “I love sky dragon so much! It’s so soft. Glad to see it’s back in stock again.”

Another best seller that’s back on the shelves is the happy Amuseables Pebble. “I finally got a Pebble and I LOVE her so much,” one reviewer wrote. “Her texture is amazing and somehow a bit rough like a pebble should feel.”

Whether you’re eyeing a pistachio-shaped plush or a baby-blue dragon with rainbow scales, now’s the time to buy it. And it’s best to buy directly from Jellycat if you’re purchasing online, as third-party sellers will often try to sell the plushies at an inflated price.

But if you must shop elsewhere online, Marisa LaScala, Good Housekeeping’s senior parenting and relationships editor, says, “I would just try to make sure the price is because the Jellycat is more valuable, and not just being inflated by a third-party seller.” She points out that the Amuseables Horatio Pistachio is $28 on the Jellycat website, and more than $50 on Amazon. So watch out!

While you’re carefully shopping, I’ll be patiently waiting for Strutton Pigeon to become available again.
