There’s something so charming about a vintage clawfoot bath tub—and whenever I notice one, I’m always in awe of its grandeur. As someone who’s been apartment hopping in busy cities for as long as I can remember, I haven’t been lucky enough to own a home with a luxurious clawfoot in the bathroom—but thanks to this Amazon find, I can set one up outside for the birds. (How lucky are they?)

This bird bath made by Good Directions is quite literally shaped like an antique tub, complete with a gorgeous copper build and detailed, gold-hued feet. It even has a shallow lip around the edge where birds can sit before and after taking a dip.

The tub itself is held up by a powder-coated steel rod that comes in three parts—and one shopper mentioned how the whole thing is “easy to put together.” Another person wrote that it’s a “fun and whimsical addition to my garden!” They went on, “The birds love to visit.”

What’s special about this unique bird bath is that it can be used as a bird feeder instead of a bird bath, which is convenient if you already have a water feature in your yard.

If you don’t—and you still want to use the tub as a bird feeder—there are tons of bird baths on the market you can choose from. Take, for example, this option from Costco. Since it’s made with copper, it has a similar vibe, and you can add a solar-powered fountain that’ll provide your winged visitors with a fun spritz on hot summer days.

In my opinion, the clawfoot tub is by far the cutest option on when it comes to bird baths. And while it’s on the pricier side, its seemingly durable construction of microbial copper and steel lead me to believe it’ll last a while.
