Believe it or not, the holidays are about to be upon us, which means we'll be spending the next few months brainstorming the best toys and gifts for our kids. If you have little ones in your life, chances are there might be a LEGO set or two on their holiday wish list.
Since LEGO sets can get quite expensive, we're always looking for deals on popular LEGO products. Luckily, Amazon has quietly discounted some enviable LEGO sets this week — from the iconic brick box to Marvel- and Nintendo-themed options, starting at just $8. In fact, some of these products are at their lowest price ever, making now a great time to shop ahead of the hustle and bustle of the holidays.
For the kid who loves to spend hours crafting their own creations, opt for the Classic Brick Box, which is 45% off right now. Complete with 33 different brick colors, it's easy to let your little one's imagination run wild with this set. Not only does this kit include an ample supply of bricks, but it also comes with windows, wheels and doors that allow kids to make everything from vehicles to complex castles.
"Parenting Lab experts love LEGO because of the different ways it engages kids' brains," said Marisa LaScala, senior parenting and relationships editor. "The construction aspects gives them practice with STEM concepts like engineering, and the open-ended nature of LEGO building lets kids use their creativity." It's also worth noting that our Parenting Lab experts were wowed by this 45% off discount.
The Classic Brick Box is compatible with LEGO's entire range of construction kits, making it both a great starter set for a youngster who is just getting interested in LEGOs, or a LEGO pro who wants to supplement their existing collection.
Maybe your kiddo already has the Classic Brick Box, or longs for character-specific options. If so, Amazon has discounted several Marvel- and Nintendo-branded sets, and we found a few at their lowest price ever (!!!) on Amazon.
