Anyone who's serious about holiday decorating probably knows the name Jim Shore. The artist has built a devoted following with his collectible holiday figurines, many of which feature iconic characters from Disney, Peanuts, and Hello Kitty.

In the past couple of weeks, Costco shoppers have been making a beeline for the Christmas aisle. The shelves were stocked with Jim Shore ornaments featuring Mickey, Snoopy, and other lovable characters. Since the demand was so high, I dug online to see where else we could find his decor, and to my surprise, I found a bunch on sale on Amazon.

I’m finding more figurines than ornaments, but each piece features that nostalgic, hand-painted finish that makes Jim Shore’s work unique. You can find a romantic sculpture of Minnie and Mickey, and Olaf striking a jolly pose. Goofy’s not discounted, but he’s in stock, and he looks so charming with the garland draped on his shoulders (and I love the detail on his jeans). I’m also obsessed with Minnie baking gingerbread men, so sweet!

The Nightmare Before Christmas fans will be happy to know that Amazon has a few Jack and Sally sculptures available. It was the franchise with the smallest collection—but if you dig, you can find some good ones, including one with them together in front of a coffin, to signify that their love lasts beyond the grave.

Probably my favorite of the bunch: I’ve also found a couple of Grinches on sale, including some ornaments of him during acts of mischief. There’s even one with Cindy Lou Who and the Grinch’s dog, Max.

Lastly, you can find some Peanuts Jim Shore in stock, but the holiday collection is pretty limited (and not a lot are on sale). If you’re hoping to get your hands on one of these specifically, I highly recommend you shop now before the holiday rush after Halloween kicks in.

I’m tempted to shop a few myself—I have a few people in mind who I know would love them as gifts!
