It looks like Pascale Hutton is bringing her TV husband along on her next Hallmark project.
Back in 2024, When Calls the Heart fans remember the actress (who plays Rosemary Coulter on WCTH) appeared alongside Kavan Smith (a.k.a. Lee Coulter) in a Hallmark Mystery movie called Nelly Knows Mysteries: A Fatal Engagement. At the time, folks loved seeing the duo back together, as they had enjoyed watching Pascale and Kavan star in three other films for the network (The Perfect Bride, its sequel, The Perfect Bride: Wedding Bells, and You Had Me at Aloha). What’s more, after Nelly Knows Mysteries: A Fatal Engagement aired, many had high hopes for Pascale and Kavan to team up again for a sequel sometime in the future.
Now, the day has come.
In a new Instagram post from the When Calls the Heart account, fans learned Pascale and Kavan were coming back to star in a new movie together. Titled Nelly Knows Mysteries: All Manners of Murder, viewers can watch it on TV when it premieres on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET on Hallmark.
“Save the date, #Hearties!” the caption read on February 24. “@phutton and @kavansmith return as Nelly and Michael in Nelly Knows Mysteries: All Manners of Murder on March 14th on @hallmarkchannel!”
The excitement online immediately grew as fans realized that Pascale and Kavan were working on a new movie together.
“Awesome poster! Love Pascale & Kavan! ❤️ Can’t wait to see this one! 🔍,” one person cheered in the comments.
“I’m so excited for this movie to come out. I can’t wait to see it,” another agreed.
“We are all excited for this movie 😍 @kavansmith and @phutton have the most amazing chemistry! I will watch any movie with them together! ❤️,” a different follower added.
Already itching to know more about Nelly Knows Mysteries: All Manners of Murder? The film will see Nelly (played by Pascale) work with Detective Michael (portrayed by Kavan) as they investigate the murder of a guest who attended a swanky dinner party, according to an official note on Hallmark’s website.
Even though not much else has been released about the movie, we can only imagine that more clues will be dropped before the film lands on Hallmark.
We’re so ready to dive back into the world of mystery alongside Pascale and Kavan!
