Cole Hauser is back in the world of Yellowstone, and he has something to say about it.
Fans know the actor for his portrayal of Rip Wheeler throughout the five seasons of Yellowstone. While it had been a while since folks had seen Rip, they got a chance to catch up with the character when the Yellowstone spinoff, Dutton Ranch, premiered on May 15 on Paramount+.
The new series picks up with Rip and his wife, Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly), after the events of Yellowstone. It’s getting a lot of love, too: On May 26, the show’s Instagram announced it received the biggest debut in the history of Paramount+.
Cole took to his own Instagram to express his gratitude for the fans.
“Thank you to all the fans that have been around from the ground up … and to all you new fans for making this the most successful show on @paramountplus ever!” he wrote in the caption. “Let’s keep @duttonranch rollin!!”
As soon as fans saw Cole’s note, they applauded him for it.
