Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex, Sophie, Countess of Wessex and their children Lady Louise Windsor and James, Viscount Severn were all in attendance at the 2022 Commonwealth Games at the NEC in Birmingham on Monday (August 1), and keen Royal fashion followers might recognise 18 year old Louise's dress.
The teen's floral printed Peter Pilotto dress belongs to her mother and was worn to another sporting event way back in August of 2015, when Louise was just 11, the Unibet EuroHockey Championships in London.
Louise was even with her mother on that occasion too and they were photographed together cheering as they watched England beat The Netherlands in the gold medal match to win the Championships at the Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre.
The Queen's youngest granddaughter has grown up so much! But some things never change, with the pair once again enthralled from the stands but this time with the midi number on Louise.
The Countess even showed off her hockey skills on that day back in 2015. Seven years on and the dress looks just as lovely on her daughter, testament to her timeless style.
