If you know me, then you know I love spending my Sunday afternoons vintage shopping. What usually catches my eye first—aside from leather jackets and turquoise jewelry—is anything with stained-glass components. (Think gorgeous sun catchers and vibrant lamps.) So if I walked into my go-to flea market and saw this stained-glass bird bath, I’d absolutely buy it. Sure, I don’t have a yard (Manhattan problems)—but I know people who do, and I think this garden feature would look super pretty amongst their flowers.
I didn’t see this bird bath at a flea market, though—I found it on Amazon, and I was immediately drawn to its vibrant, vintage charm. Just look at its stunning colors!
According to the brand, the bird bath is constructed with handmade glass, featuring a colorful design reminiscent of a Tiffany lamp. It’s held up by a 25-inch stainless steel rod that’s assembled in three parts. The simple, yet eye-catching piece is ideal for gardeners who wish to keep their winged visitors hydrated while keeping their backyard brimming with beauty.
Tons of reviewers are aligned with how gorgeous this bird bath really is. One person wrote, “The birds, hummingbirds, and bees of all sorts love to stop and take a drink from this beautiful little bird bath I have in my flower garden.” Another shopper called the glass bowl “beautiful” and said that setting it up was the “easiest assembly ever.” However, many customers wrote how the bowl itself is fairly tiny (just over 11 inches in diameter).
If you’re in the market for more vintage-inspired garden decor, make sure to also check out this tub-shaped bird bath. I personally love that this one’s shaped like an antique claw-foot tub.
Regardless of your choice, I bet your flying friends will be thrilled to be relaxing in such an enchanting outdoor space.
