Our obsession with tiny homes continues to grow as new designs catch our eyes. While we love a classic tiny cottage, there’s something about a sleek, modern structure that opens up lots of options, from a minimalist office space to a fun pool house or cool guest house—even the ultimate teen hangout spot, yoga studio, or home gym.

Podvera’s prefabricated tiny house, available on Amazon, expands to 372 square feet, and its collapsible design makes it easier to transport and install in your yard—or move it between locations. It has a sturdy steel frame and insulated wall panels, plus large windows and a glazed entry door that let in plenty of natural light—ideal for an art studio. You can choose from five exterior colors: charcoal gray, red wood, brown wood, natural wood, and white.
Not only is the exterior sleek and contemporary, but the interior is as well—just check out the light wood floors and black trim. We’re already dreaming up how we’d decorate it—just note that there are only two houses available per exterior color, so if you’re thinking of purchasing one, don’t wait.
