Back in June, Zara partnered with Caramel London, a luxury British brand that primarily makess adorably stylish, high-quality clothes in natural fibers for kids. It also, and this is where it gets a bit exciting, make a small range of women’s clothes, and the new Zara collab includes both.
Out of curiosity, I took a look to see what it had on offer for women, and the first thing that caught my eye was a basic but brilliant round-neck knit that comes in both off-white and khaki. The off-white is no longer in stock, but the khaki is still available in medium and large sizes.
I’ve never seen a 100% linen sweater at a price this affordable, ever, and it reminded me that sometimes Zara creates pieces (especially in collaborations) that it sells for less than their actual worth.
This is such a piece, and in my opinion is worth more than every single penny of its price.
You can layer this easily over T-shirts, and partner it with loose linen trousers, or a midi skirt. And, again, you seriously can’t do better than this for the price.
