Good Witch ended on Hallmark in 2021 after seven seasons on the air.
Fans were shocked to see stars Catherine Bell, James Denton, and Bailee Madison reunite for MEGACON in Orlando, Florida, on March 19.
Catherine has previously spoken out about the idea of a Good Witch reboot.
It feels like it’s been forever since we last saw the Good Witch cast get together on social media! Well, Catherine Bell just changed all of that.
Ever since the Hallmark drama ended in 2021 after seven seasons, fans have always hoped for the chance to see Catherine (who portrayed Cassie Nightingale) reunite with her co-stars from Good Witch. While she’s met up with James Denton (who portrayed Dr. Sam Radford) and even starred in a few Hallmark movies with him, it’s not often that other cast members join them.
But that has changed, as shown in Catherine’s latest Instagram photo from March 19. Posing alongside James and Bailee Madison (who played Cassie’s daughter, Grace Russell), Catherine revealed the trio was making an appearance at MEGACON in Orlando, Florida. And if that’s not enough, she noted how emotional it was to reunite with some of her favorites.
“Been way too long!!” she wrote in the caption. “My heart is full 🥰.”
It seems like Catherine wasn’t the only Good Witch star thrilled about the surprise reunion. Bailee quickly replied to her on-screen mom’s post in the comments … and she seemed just as emotional about the meet-up.
“❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️,” she penned.
Seeing Catherine, James, and Bailee reunite thrilled their fans.
“It’s so good to see you guys all together again. It feels like so much time has passed since the final season of Good Witch. ♥️✨🌹,” one person wrote in the comments. “Oh way too long!! We need more 'Good Witch' with the three of you! 💛,” a different follower added.
We can’t help but be excited about this, too! And even though there doesn’t seem to be any plans for Good Witch to come back on TV, Catherine has expressed the idea of going back to Middleton for another round of storytelling.
“I really miss doing the show. I miss it,” Catherine said to People during the 2024 Christmas Con. “I miss the character. I miss the magic. I think we all were a bit surprised when it ended because we didn't get the ending we would've wanted ... We have not given up trying to get a movie made.”
Maybe this is the start of something new …
