Royal Ascot is always one of the most glittering events of the summer season, with thousands of attendees dressing up in all their finery for a day at the races.
The five-day annual horse racing event kicked off on Tuesday (18 June), with everyone from senior royals, such as the Queen and the Duchess of Cambridge, to Strictly Come Dancing and daytime TV stars in attendance.
