Whether you secretly hate-watch the show or are a genuine Clarkson fan, his chaotic Cotswolds-based emporium is now available to shop via Ocado – and we’ve had a first look at what’s on offer.
Known for its unconventional, no-nonsense approach to farming, the Diddly Squat gang has built a loyal cult following. As you’d expect, products are made with British ingredients, bold flavours (habanero chilli relish, anyone?) and plenty of cheeky branding – all now conveniently delivered to your door.
A mix of cupboard essentials and top gifting, here’s what’s worth adding straight to your basket...
Diddly Squat Farm best buys
Diddly Squat Farm Hot Seed Beer Mustard, £5.50 for 190g
Made with Jeremy’s own Hawkstone Lager, this punchy mustard is our top pick. It’s made for barbecue season – think sausages, steak sarnies and more – it’ll zhuzh up just about anything.
As Jeremy puts it, ‘A dollop on a cold sausage is as close to heaven as it gets.’
Diddly Squat Farm Little Turds, £5 for 150g
With branding that a two-year-old would adore (yes, that is a sheep’s bum), you’ll be relieved to know these ‘little turds’ are in fact delicious chunks of milk chocolate-covered honeycomb. Trust us, you’ll finish the packet before you get the kettle on. So probably best to stock up on the Shortbread Diddly Dunkers, too.
Diddly Squat Farm B*llocks Candle, £24 for 140g
Looking for a tongue-in-cheek gift for the Clarkson fan in your life? We’ve found it in this bespoke scented candle. Expect notes of ‘leathery car seat, blended with hints of oakmoss and earthy spice’. It’s exactly how we imagine the main man himself would smell. That’s Father’s Day sorted.
Better still, 10p from every product in the range sold on Ocado.com and Zoom by Ocado will be donated to The Ernest Cook Trust, a UK charity supporting the conservation of the countryside and outdoor learning for young people. And this way, there’s no need to queue round the block at the farm shop.
