Starbucks fans are scrambling to get their hands on the coffee chain’s newest collectible — and they’re almost too cute to use as keyrings.
The new Starbucks “Barista Buddies” keychains have launched, with shoppers already queueing up to get their hands on the cutest addition to their merchandise. The tiny accessories feature teddy bear-style baristas dressed in Starbucks uniforms, complete with mini aprons, coffee cups and seasonal details.
Collectors are particularly obsessed with the limited-edition cherry blossom version, which shows the bear holding a pink sakura flower as part of Starbucks’ spring collection.
The adorable accessories have sparked a wave of excitement online thanks to their “mystery box” feel and collectible appeal, with some fans already snapping up multiple designs to attach to handbags, tote straps and Stanley cups.
And honestly, it’s easy to see why people are obsessed.
The tiny plush-style bears tap directly into the current craze for bag charms and nostalgic accessories, while also feeding Starbucks fans’ long-running love affair with collectible merch. The chain’s seasonal tumblers and cups regularly sell out within days, and these miniature keyrings are the latest must-have — and far easier to justify buying “just because”.

There are five to collect - 'Billy Bubble', 'Maxi Midfield', 'Flora Flamingo' (our fave!), 'Sami Swimwell' and a mystery character, which is only making fans more determined to track them down before they disappear.
If history is anything to go by, we wouldn’t be surprised if these end up becoming the next viral Starbucks accessory.
