Galaxy is giving us two very good reasons to head down the chocolate aisle - but you'll have to shop at two specific stores to get your hands on them now.

The confectionery brand has launched two new bakery-inspired sharing bars, and we're already struggling to decide which one we'd go for first. Would you go for a rich, caramel-filled Millionaire Crumble or a warming Cinnamon Swirl choc bar?

Taking inspiration from two of the nation's favourite sweet treats, the new bars combine Galaxy's signature silky milk chocolate with flavours you'd normally expect to find in your favourite bakery or supermarket.

The Millionaire Crumble is made up of flavours of buttery shortbread combining with rich caramel notes, while the Cinnamon Swirl brings the comforting sweetness of a freshly baked cinnamon bun. Both are designed to feel more like a decadent dessert than your average chocolate bar, and we love how so many brands are tapping into bakery inspired desserts.

Apparently the new flavours were inspired by consumer tastes and what they genuinely wanted to eat, with more than a third of shoppers naming millionaire's shortbread as their favourite flavour. Meanwhile, the popularity of cinnamon baked goods shows no signs of slowing down, making the decision to release these flavours pretty easy.

If we had to pick though, we'd probably reach for the Millionaire Crumble first. It sounds like the ultimate comfort chocolate, but there's something about a cinnamon-flavoured chocolate bar that feels a little more unexpected, too!

The new Galaxy Millionaire Crumble and Galaxy Cinnamon Swirl sharing blocks (160g) are available now in Food Warehouse and Iceland for £3.25, before rolling out to Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Co-op and other supermarkets this autumn.
