Just when you think you've seen every weird food mash-up imaginable, another one lands on our desks.
And while we can get on board with pickle-flavoured drinks and pumpkin spice-flavoured everything, we're struggling with chicken-flavoured cereal. Yes, really.
Dubbed KFCereal, the limited-edition collaboration between KFC and high-protein cereal brand Surreal is flavoured with the chain's "iconic 11 herbs and spices". And, in a move that's bound to divide opinion, it's designed to be eaten with a pot of hot KFC gravy instead of milk. Yep, we're out.
That said, as a 38-year-old mum of two, I'm probably not the target audience. According to KFC, the unusual breakfast is aimed at Freshers looking to embrace "weird and wonderful" food combinations, marking the brand's first-ever move into the breakfast aisle.
If you're curious enough to give it a go, KFCereal is available exclusively through Surreal's website while stocks last, with each box priced at £6, including delivery.
But if you're looking to shake up your breakfast routine, we'd stick with one of these cereals instead.

For a snappy start to the day, these chocolate-flavoured crocs are a family favourite. Crispy, chocolatey and much easier to swallow than a bowl of chicken and gravy.
Organic, wholegrain and a great source of fibre, you can have your cocoa pops and eat them too with Doves Farm's wholesome take on the classic chocolate cereal.
Packed with pistachios, seeds and wholegrains, this crunchy granola is low in sugar, high in fibre and one of our favourite ways to start the day.
If you're after a protein-packed breakfast, this M&S granola is a great option. Fortified with vitamins and minerals, it's even better served with a dollop of Greek yoghurt for an extra boost.
