This simple sweetcorn and avocado salad might look unassuming, but it packs a punch with the addition of hot Tabasco sauce into the dressing.
Juicy sweetcorn kernels, ripe and creamy avocado and crunchy gem lettuce are mixed together with a fiery sauce made up of Tabasco, lime and agave syrup (or honey).
It's fresh, crunchy, zingy and has a great balanced heat, making it the perfect salad to enjoy al fresco in the summertime.

Salad tips
Carving shards of sweetcorn kernels into the salad will make it look special, but if you want to save time, use 2 x 198g drained cans of sweetcorn instead
Add the Tabasco sauce to taste, one drop at a time, as it packs a spicy punch!
