It’s safe to say that Katie Holmes is a true fashion icon. Whether she’s caught running errands or stepping out on the red carpet, the actress and film director is always put together from head to toe, wearing everything from the latest bag trends to stylish shoes. (In fact, Katie recently inspired my revived love for ballet flats with her latest Mary Janes look.)
Earlier this week, Katie attended the 2026 American Image Awards in New York City, and we couldn’t help but fawn over her sleek and polished vibe. It’s been reported that she wore an all-custom GapStudio suit designed by Gap Inc.’s Zac Posen, the brand’s executive vice president and creative director.
The star of the show was a powerful and slightly boxy, black blazer with glossy lapels. She wore it over a deep corset that was tucked into her matching tailored pants, along with black, pointed-toe pumps and a statement necklace.
While we can’t replicate Katie’s exact custom blazer, I did some snooping and found a way to get the look for less.

Keep in mind that the blazer doesn’t feature the same shiny lapels as Katie’s, but we love the slightly oversized fit and boxy shoulders. It’s available in regular, tall, and petite sizes—and while the blazer was originally available in sizes XXS through XXL, only XS through L are currently in stock. If you’re interested in buying it, I’d add it to your cart fast because there’s no telling how long these sizes will stay in stock.
