It was about time Baileys dropped a new flavour, because we were starting to get a little concerned it had been too quiet on the launch front. (The Terry’s Chocolate Orange version feels like a lifetime ago now.) Thankfully, the wait is over - and this time, the iconic Irish cream brand is leaning straight into spring with a flavour that feels perfectly timed: White Chocolate and Raspberry.
This latest addition has that signature Baileys texture we all know and love: velvety-smooth, rich and indulgent - but with a lighter, fruitier twist. The creamy white chocolate brings a gentle sweetness, which blends beautifully with the warming Irish cream base, while the raspberry cuts through with a bright, slightly tart note. It’s the kind of flavour combination that feels dangerously easy to sip.
It’s perfect served simply over ice if you want to keep things classic, but it’s also one of those flavours that works brilliantly in desserts. We’re already planning to add it into our Nutella & Baileys brownies this weekend (purely for research purposes), but it would also be delicious drizzled over ice cream or stirred into a post-dinner coffee.
It also feels like the ideal addition to your Easter plans. Whether you’re hosting lunch, bringing a bottle along to a friend’s, or just want something a little special to sip over the long weekend, this ticks all the boxes.
And the best bit? We’ve already spotted it at a very good price. You can currently pick up a bottle on Ocado for £11.50, down from £17, which makes it a very easy “add to basket” alongside your Easter food shop.
