Greggs has officially declared it autumn, unveiling its new seasonal menu – and, most importantly, bringing back its much-loved Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Launching on Thursday 3 September, the drink has had a little upgrade for 2026. This year, as well as pumpkin spice syrup, it’s also topped with cream and a new salted caramel drizzle. Sounds like an improvement to us.

And there’s even better news if you’ve never downloaded the Greggs App before. New users can claim a free drink when they register – meaning you could get your first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season without spending a penny. Score!

How to get a free Greggs Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • Price: FREE for new Greggs App users
  • Available from: Thursday 3 September 2026
  • Usual price: From £2.85
  • Availability: Greggs shops nationwide
  • How to claim: New users need to download and register for the Greggs App, where they’ll receive a free drink reward to redeem in shop

And if we end up having another heatwave (it’s coming, apparently!), you might prefer your pumpkin spice over ice. Thankfully, the Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte is also returning, this time finished with the same salted caramel drizzle, and costs from £3.35 (but is only available in shops with an ice machine – obvs).

What else is on Greggs’ autumn menu?

The Steak & Stilton Bake is also returning after ‘years of requests from fans’. From £2.50, it combines diced beef in gravy with blue Stilton cheese and grilled onions, all wrapped in puff pastry and finished with a black pepper crumb.

There are plenty of new additions, too, including a Buffalo Chicken Baguette, Buffalo Pizza Slice and Chicken & Pepperoni Toastie.

Those with a sweet tooth should also look out for the new Bonfire Toffee Muffin, filled with burnt toffee-flavoured filling and topped with chocolate and salted caramel icing, while the Pumpkin Spice Doughnut is making a return, if you want to double up on your PSL haul.

The full autumn range lands in Greggs shops on 3 September.

Summer, it was nice knowing you.
