M &S has just launched more than 300 brand-new Christmas food products for 2026, but there's always one item shoppers seem to lose their minds over. This year, despite all the exciting new launches, it's actually a returning favourite that's stealing the spotlight: the highly addictive (and totally delicious) Dark Chocolate & Chilli Tortillas.
The sweet-meets-spicy snack has become something of a festive cult classic over the past few years, combining irresistibly crunchy chilli-spiced tortilla chips with a generous coating of rich dark chocolate. It might sound like an unusual pairing on paper, but trust us when we say they're insanely good.
Apparently customers have spent months asking M&S when they'd be returning – and from today (9 September), the wait is finally over. The festive favourite is back in stores now, with each 150g bag priced at £3.30.
They're the perfect balance of sweet, savoury and spicy. The rich dark chocolate brings a slight bitterness, while the chilli flavour add just enough warmth to keep you reaching for another handful. They're also gluten-free, making them an easy addition to festive snack boards or Christmas drinks with friends.
If last year's Christmas launches are anything to go by, though, we wouldn't hang around. Products with this much of a cult following have a habit of disappearing from shelves remarkably quickly, so we'd recommend grabbing a bag while you still can. Once you've opened them, don't expect them to last very long.
