We've rounded up our favourite veggie stew recipes, with favourites such as our spicy aubergine stew, spiked with fragrant harissa paste, our sweet root veg stew, topped with herbed dumplings and a wonderful sweet pepper stew (similar to peperonata) which will transport you to Italy with its irresistibly moreish braised peppers.
