An oldie but a goodie, we’d recommend watching Prime Suspect if you haven’t already. The series made Helen Mirren an international star – and for good reason. She’s superb as no-nonsense detective, Jane Tennison, as she battles to prove herself within the male-dominated Met Police. Prime Suspect is available to watch on ITVX. We'd also award a solid 10/10 to The Beast Must Die. The series follows grieving mother Frances (Cush Jumbo) who’s determined to enact revenge on the person she believed killed her son in a car accident. You can watch The Beast Must Die now on Disney+.
