Adolescence star Stephen Graham joined forces with his wife with Hannah Walters for a special awards night, and the pair looked as loved up as ever as they posed together on the red carpet. Stephen has been open about his affection and admiration for Hannah during interviews and acceptance speeches, saying he loves her with 'every ounce' of his being, and even crediting her with saving his life.
This week (Tuesday 24 March), the couple were at Royal Television Society Programme Awards, where Stephen Graham and his trailblazing drama Adolescence were up for multiple awards. The star took home the prize for best writer (drama category) alongside Jack Thorne, while the show's teenage star Owen Cooper picked up not one but two prizes. Owen, who played Jamie Miller in the drama, won the award for male breakthrough as well as supporting actor. These latest wins follow him becoming the youngest-ever Golden Globes and Emmy winner.
Stephen also won at the Emmys in 2025, taking home the prize for outstanding lead actor. In his moving speech, he paid special tribute to his wife Hannah. Referring to her as his ‘soulmate’, he thanked his 'adorable wife' who he said he loves 'with every ounce of my being.' He went onto describe Hannah as his 'rock' and his 'world' adding, 'I know, without you, I would be dead.' He also thanked the couple's two children, Grace and Alfie. Watch the full speech below:
For their latest awards night outing, Stephen arrived in a black suit with a chocolate shirt, wearing the collar open without a tie. Meanwhile, Hannah was a vision in velvet, wearing a midnight blue floor length gown with fluted sleeves.
Hannah is also an actor, and the pair have worked on a number of projects together including Adolescence, high-pressure restaurant drama, Boiling Point and period boxing series A Thousand Blows, which is also up for awards this year.
