Fans learned that star Sam Heughan will make a surprise appearance at L.A. Comic-Con on October 31, 2026.
The news comes as he embarks on a U.S. tour to promote his beverage brand, Sassenach Spirits.
It’s been almost six months since the final episode of Outlander ... and Sam Heughan is doing something big.
On October 13, fans learned that the actor will make a special appearance at the 2026 L.A. Comic-Con. From October 31 to November 1, attendees can join the “Sam Heughan Experience,” consisting of meet-and-greets, panels, and a whisky tasting from his beverage company, Sassenach Spirits.
An Instagram post laid out everything Sam has planned for the weekend.
“The Sam Heughan Experience schedule is here!” the caption read. “Experiences are limited and may sell out. Platinum Tier includes Saturday Platinum Meet & Greets, the Sam Heughan Panel, and Sunday’s Sam Heughan with the Stones Photo Op. Gold Tier includes Saturday’s Sam Heughan Panel and Sunday’s autograph session. The Whisky Tasting and Q&A Panel will take place Saturday, October 31.”
As soon as fans learned of Sam’s upcoming appearance, they were absolutely stoked.
“Im flying all the way from Sydney to attend this event!! Most impulsive yet exciting decision ever! 🙌,” one person wrote in the comments. “If I didn’t have a wedding to attend, I’d be there!! 🙌 Hope everyone has a great time meeting (and whisky tasting) with Sam! ❤️,” another penned. “So exciting! This is going to be an unforgettable weekend with Sam,” a different follower added.
L.A. Comic-Con isn’t the only time fans will get to interact with Sam this year. He also announced he’ll do bottle signings of Sassenach Spirits throughout the fall, starting in Pasadena, California, on November 5.
“We’re BACK ON THE ROAD!” he wrote on Instagram on October 9. “The #SassenachTour 2026 is coming your way, and I can’t wait to see you all along the way! 🥃. Join me at our bottle signings across the US this November🍸.”
